We're pet owners who got tired of rushing home to feed our cats.

Most of us on the Aussieloc team have cats. A few have dogs too. For a long time, we all dealt with the same problem: inconsistent meal times, texting neighbors when traveling, or leaving work early to make it back before the bowl ran dry.

We started Aussieloc because we wanted a straightforward place to find automatic feeders that actually work — not the cheapest listing on a big marketplace with no one behind it, and not an overpriced gadget with an app that takes 45 minutes to set up. Just reliable feeders at a fair price, with a real person to contact if something goes wrong.

We're a small team based in the US. We don't manufacture anything ourselves. We find products, evaluate them, and decide what's genuinely worth carrying.

We don't list everything. We list what we'd actually use.

Before a product goes on our site, we research it — reading real customer reviews across multiple platforms, checking that manufacturers can provide FCC and CE certification documentation, and making sure the app works on both iPhone and Android before we recommend it to anyone else.

We work with manufacturing partners who have been building smart pet products for over a decade. We chose them because they've put real time into the details that matter after the first week of ownership: quiet dispensing motors, jam-resistant food channels, stable Wi-Fi connections, and food bowls that are easy to clean.

If a product has a known issue we can't resolve, we don't carry it. That's a simple rule, but it shapes most of what we stock.

Our current focus is automatic pet feeders — timed dispensers, Wi-Fi models with cameras, and feeder-plus-water-fountain combinations. All of them are designed for dry kibble.

They're a good fit if you work long hours, travel occasionally, have a cat on a vet-recommended feeding schedule, or just want more consistency in your pet's routine without depending on someone else.

They're not a substitute for time with your pet. But a reliable feeding schedule is one less thing to worry about — and for most of our customers, that turns out to matter more than they expected.

A straightforward retail operation.

We're an online retailer. We source products from trusted suppliers, sell them through our website, handle customer service directly, and ship orders from US-based warehouse partners.

We don't have a factory. We don't private-label anything. Orders ship within the timeframes listed on each product page, and if something goes wrong with your order, you're talking to the same small team that runs the store — not a ticketing system with a three-day response window.

What buying from us actually looks like.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If a product isn't right for your pet or doesn't work as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or replacement.

All feeders include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

We respond to emails within one business day. We don't have a phone line, but we read every message and we try to give useful answers — not copy-pasted scripts.
