This page explains exactly how returns, refunds, and order cancellations work — what situations qualify, what steps to take, and how long the process takes. We have kept the language plain and practical because we know that reading a returns policy while dealing with a problem is frustrating enough.

Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for a full refund if both of the following conditions are met:
- Your cancellation request is received within 24 hours of placing the order
- Your order has not yet shipped
To cancel, email support@aussieloc.com with your order number in the subject line as soon as possible. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee cancellation if you wait beyond the 24-hour window.
If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Once you receive the item, you may start a return under our 30-day return policy below.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The 30-day window starts from the delivery date shown in your shipping confirmation email, not the order date.
After 30 days, we are unable to accept return requests unless the item has a defect covered under our 12-month warranty. See our Warranty Policy for warranty claim details.
Situations Where Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns in the following situations within 30 days of delivery:
Defective or not working as described
If the product has a manufacturing defect, stops working under normal use, or does not function as described in our listing, we will accept the return at no cost to you and provide a prepaid return label.
Damaged on arrival
If the product arrived with visible physical damage from shipping, email us within 7 calendar days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
Wrong item received
If you received a different product from what you ordered, email us within 7 calendar days of delivery with a photo of what you received. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.
Change of mind
If you changed your mind and the product is unused and in original or reasonable condition with all accessories included, we will accept the return within 30 days. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the product price once we receive and inspect the return.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date, unless covered under the 12-month warranty
- Items with physical damage caused after delivery, such as drops, cracks, or liquid spills — these are not manufacturing defects
- Items that have been modified, disassembled, or repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer
- Items missing key components such as the power adapter, food tray, or hopper lid, unless the missing part is what you are returning about
- Items returned without prior authorization from our support team — please do not send anything back before receiving confirmation from us
Return Conditions
To be accepted for a return, items should meet the following conditions:
- Defective returns: No condition requirement. If the product is genuinely defective or damaged, we do not require it to be in original packaging.
- Change-of-mind returns: The product should be unused and in its original or reasonable condition. Original packaging is preferred but not strictly required if the product is undamaged and complete.
We reserve the right to assess condition upon receipt. If a returned item arrives in significantly worse condition than described in the return request, we will contact you before processing the refund.
How to Start a Return: Step by Step
Step 1 — Email us to request authorization
Email support@aussieloc.com with the subject line: Return Request and your order number. Do not ship anything back before receiving authorization from us. We need to confirm the return is eligible and provide the correct return address.
Include the following in your message:

- The name of the product you want to return
- The reason for the return — defective, damaged, wrong item, or change of mind
- A photo or short video if the item is damaged or defective
Step 2 — Wait for our confirmation

Step 3 — Ship the item back

Lost Packages
If your tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your package, please wait one full business day before contacting us. Carrier tracking scans sometimes update ahead of actual delivery.
If your package has still not arrived after one business day, email support@aussieloc.com with your order number and we will open a carrier investigation. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier process, but we will keep you updated throughout and we will not leave you without a resolution.
