Order cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund if your request is received within 24 hours of placing the order and before the order has shipped. Email support@aussieloc.com with your order number immediately. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Once you receive the item, you may return it under our 30-day return policy.

7. Product Safety and Proper Use

Our automatic feeders are designed for use with dry kibble only and should be set up and operated according to the instructions included with each product.

Do not use wet food, raw food, or semi-moist food in standard feeders. This can clog the dispensing mechanism and create hygiene problems.
Do not modify, disassemble, or attempt to repair the product yourself.
Keep the feeder clean and follow the maintenance instructions provided with your product.
Do not expose the motor or electronic components to water.

Automatic feeders are intended to supplement, not replace, regular pet care and human attention. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from misuse, modification of the product, use of incompatible food types, or failure to follow setup and maintenance instructions. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your pet's specific health needs, consult your veterinarian before use.

If informal resolution is not reached within 30 days, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
