This page covers where we ship, how much shipping costs, how long delivery takes, and what to do if something goes wrong. Please read this page before placing an order if you have any questions about delivery to your address.


Shipping Summary

Free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. No minimum order amount. No expedited option at this time. Estimated total delivery is 8 to 12 business days from the date of your order.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. This means the 48 lower continental states.

We do not ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam and other US territories
  • US military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)
  • Canada
  • Any other international destinations

We want to be straightforward about why: the automatic feeders we sell have meaningful weight and volume. Shipping them to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories involves significant carrier surcharges that would either require us to charge customers substantially more than the product costs, or absorb losses we cannot sustain as a small business. Rather than offer unreliable shipping at an inflated rate, we have made the honest decision to serve the contiguous US well and expand coverage as our business grows.

If you place an order with an address in one of these locations, we will contact you before processing. Your order will not be shipped to an unsupported address without your confirmation.


Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders to the contiguous United States. There is no minimum order amount required to qualify.

All applicable charges are shown at checkout before you complete payment. There are no fees added after purchase. What you see at checkout is what you pay — total.

We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping. We offer standard ground shipping only. Automatic feeders are bulky items that move through standard carrier networks, and the cost of expedited freight for products this size is not something we feel comfortable passing on to customers at this stage. We are working to grow our logistics capabilities. If expedited shipping becomes available in the future, this page will be updated to reflect that clearly.

Local pickup is not available. All orders are shipped directly to your delivery address from our fulfillment location.


Order Processing and Cutoff Time

After your payment is confirmed, your order enters our processing queue. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal public holidays.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) on a business day are typically processed starting the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Our fulfillment operations are based in Colorado. Tracking information is emailed to you when your order ships from our fulfillment location.


Transit Time and Total Delivery Estimate

Once your order ships, transit takes 7 to 9 business days depending on your location within the contiguous US.

Total estimated delivery: 8 to 12 business days from the date your order is placed.

Delivery time estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, adverse weather, peak shipping periods around major US holidays, or circumstances outside our control. We use established ground carriers for most shipments, primarily USPS. Carrier assignment is based on your delivery location and cannot be selected at checkout.


Delivery Estimates by Region

The following estimates are based on business days from the date of order placement, assuming standard 1 to 3 day processing. All shipping is free regardless of region.

  • Northeast (NY, MA, CT, NJ, PA, RI, VT, NH, ME, DE, MD, DC): Free shipping. Estimated delivery 8 to 11 business days.
  • Southeast (FL, GA, NC, SC, VA, WV, TN, KY, AL, MS, AR, LA): Free shipping. Estimated delivery 8 to 11 business days.
  • Midwest (IL, OH, MI, IN, WI, MN, IA, MO, ND, SD, NE, KS): Free shipping. Estimated delivery 8 to 11 business days.
  • South Central (TX, OK): Free shipping. Estimated delivery 8 to 12 business days.
  • Mountain West (CO, UT, AZ, NM, NV, ID, MT, WY): Free shipping. Estimated delivery 8 to 11 business days.
  • Pacific Coast (CA, OR, WA): Free shipping. Estimated delivery 9 to 12 business days.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories are not served at this time. See the section above for an explanation.


International Shipping and Customs

We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are fulfilled and shipped within the contiguous United States only.

Because we do not ship internationally, customs duties, import taxes, and cross-border fees do not apply to any orders placed on aussieloc.com. There are no customs charges on domestic US shipments.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated to clearly state applicable countries, shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and which party is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in the destination country.


Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order you will receive two emails:

  • Order confirmation: Sent immediately after your payment is accepted. This confirms your order details, items, and delivery address.
  • Shipping confirmation: Sent when your order leaves our fulfillment location. This includes your tracking number.

If you do not receive either email within 24 hours of ordering, check your spam or junk folder first. If the emails are not there, email support@aussieloc.com with your order details and we will assist you.


If Your Package Is Undeliverable

Carriers will attempt delivery up to three times for most addresses. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or a refused delivery:

  • Email support@aussieloc.com with your order number
  • We will arrange reshipment to a confirmed correct address
  • Additional shipping fees may apply in cases where the original address provided was incorrect

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please wait one full business day before contacting us. Carrier tracking scans sometimes update ahead of the actual physical delivery. If your package has still not arrived after one business day, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.


Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, email support@aussieloc.com with your order number in the subject line before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) on the same calendar day you placed your order.

After this window, your order is likely already in processing and cancellation may not be possible. If your order has already shipped, you are welcome to return it once it arrives. See our Refund Policy for return instructions.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item as received, including packaging if damaged
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund. We do not require you to return a damaged item before we take action on your request.

No. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders ship within the contiguous United States. There are no customs duties or import taxes applicable to domestic US orders.

Is there expedited shipping?
Not at this time. We offer standard shipping only. All standard orders ship free with an estimated delivery of 8 to 12 business days. We are working to expand our shipping options as the business grows.

How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. If you do not receive it within 24 hours of ordering, check your spam folder, then email support@aussieloc.com.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Email support@aussieloc.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund. You do not need to return the damaged item first.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Cancellations are accepted before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on the same calendar day the order was placed. After that window the order may be in processing and cannot be cancelled. If it has shipped, you can return it once it arrives under our Refund Policy.
