Warranty Policy
Last updated: March 31, 2026
Every automatic feeder we sell comes with a 12-month warranty. This page explains what's covered, what isn't, and exactly what to do if something stops working.
What's covered
All automatic feeders purchased directly from aussieloc.com include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures that occur under normal household use.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
What's not covered
The warranty does not apply to issues caused by:
Normal wear and tear over time. Accidental damage, drops, or liquid exposure. Use with food types not recommended for the product (such as wet food). Unauthorized repairs or modifications. Damage from power surges or electrical issues outside the product itself.
If you're not sure whether your situation is covered, email us first and describe what's happening — we'd rather help you figure it out than have you assume you're on your own.
How to submit a warranty claim
Email support@aussieloc.com with the following:
Your order number, the product name or model, a description of what's happening, and a photo or short video if you can — this helps us understand the issue faster and usually speeds up the resolution.
We'll review your claim and respond within two business days with next steps.
How we resolve warranty claims
When a warranty claim is approved, we work through the following options in this order: first, we'll try to resolve the issue through troubleshooting guidance or a replacement part. If that doesn't solve it, we'll replace the product.
Replacement units may be new or manufacturer-refurbished. Refurbished units go through the same quality checks as new ones and are covered for the remainder of your original warranty period. If a replacement is sent within the last 90 days of your warranty, the replacement unit carries a minimum 90-day warranty from the date it's delivered to you.
We won't leave you with a resolution that doesn't actually fix the problem.
Return shipping for warranty claims
If we need you to return the product or a component for inspection, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. You won't be asked to cover return shipping costs for a valid warranty claim.
In cases where an inspection determines the issue is not covered under warranty, we'll let you know before taking any further steps, and return shipping of the item back to you may apply.
Warranty limitations
This limited warranty is the only express warranty provided by Aussieloc. To the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty period.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental damages, so some of the above may not apply to you depending on where you live.
Your legal rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary by state. Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Warranty Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when it was most recently revised.
